Meet Tara
I’m Tara, owner and lead accountant at RCZ Accounting ~ financial management with highlights of creativity and flair.
What’s in a name? For me, RCZ Accounting captures everything about me - my journey, my family, my style. I grew up watching my dad follow the entrepreneurial path. Throughout his career, he owned eight salons and was extremely involved in the industry. Both his spirit and trade sparked my interest and ultimately, set my own business trajectory. I knew I wanted to instill this passion with my own children - Robby, Christina and Zachary.
Originally, my goal was to own my own hair salon, but my skill set came in the form of all thing's numbers with streaks of creativity…it’s just the way my brain works! So how do you take two very different passions and combine them into one unique company?
It’s a formula→ Expertise in bookkeeping and accounting + passion for working with small businesses + a cosmetology license for a hint of color + sprinkles of creativity all multiplied by flexibility for myself and my family = RCZ Accounting!

Virtual Meetings
The RCZ team uses video conferencing via Zoom, FaceTime or Google Meet so we still have that "face-to-face" feel. Of course, we are also available through email or phone.
